Our community has suffered an unimaginable loss with the passing of Trina Chavez — a beloved mother, sister, and friend whose warmth and love touched everyone she met. Trina has been identified by the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office as one of the victims in the tragic accident involving UPS Flight 2976. She was an employee at Grade A Auto Parts and Salvage.
As her family grieves, we are coming together to support the people she loved most: her two beautiful children, Jayani and Freddie, and her five siblings who are doing everything they can to care for them during this difficult time.
We are raising funds to help cover immediate expenses such as:
* Food and daily essentials
* Clothing and school needs for the kids
* Christmas presents to bring some light to Jayani and Freddie during the holidays
* Lost wages for Trina’s siblings who have had to miss work while managing these responsibilities and arrangements
* Any other expenses that may occur as they navigate the near future
Every donation, no matter the amount, will directly support Trina’s children and siblings as they navigate this painful chapter. Your generosity will help lift some of the burden so the family can focus on healing and supporting each other.
Please know that this is the only GoFundMe page officially approved by Trina’s siblings.
Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and support.
From Freddie, Jayani & Keena’s Kids
