On July 27th, our dear friend Tim was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident. The timing couldn’t have been more heartbreaking — it was also Sarah’s due date with their child together, a baby girl.

As of now, Sarah has not yet delivered and is scheduled to be induced on Thursday, July 31st. While she prepares to bring their daughter into the world, Tim remains in the hospital with serious injuries. We are incredibly thankful he is expected to make a full recovery, but it will be a long road — one that will require time, care, and community support. Once Tim is home, he won’t be able to work and will need extensive care. Sarah will be recovering from childbirth and caring for their newborn as well as their son Carson, and neither of them will be able to work for at least 8 weeks.

This isn’t just about two people — this is about a family.

Tim is a hands-on father, a loving husband, and son and one of the hardest-working people we know. His entire purpose in life is to provide for and protect his family, and that’s exactly what he’s done. With the arrival of their baby girl, their family was looking forward to a joyful new chapter — now, they’re facing a moment of deep uncertainty.

As many of you know, Tim is a familiar and loved face in our community, where his warm spirit and strong work ethic have made him a staple in many people’s lives. He has worked in the local restaurant business for years and is currently working at Don’s Drive In for the last several years. Sarah has been out of work for her entire pregnancy due to the physical demands of her job, and Tim has been the sole provider for their family for months.

Now, they need our help.
