On 20 November 2025, our brother Troy together with his two daughters Lyla and Lilly lost their beautiful wife and mum Cheree.

Cheree was an amazing wife, mother, daughter, granddaughter, aunty, niece and friend. She saw the good in everyone!

After a long courageous fight with cancer for the last 5 years, Cheree spent the last 12 weeks of her life in hospital and hospice. During this time, Troy cared for all of Cheree's needs together with support from Cheree's family and closest friends. When not with Cheree at the hospital he was looking after the girls and running the household whilst trying to work at the same time.

A lot of people have asked how they can help Troy, Lyla and Lilly. We thought we would create this page as a way of helping them in this next stage of life. Your generosity will give Troy the breathing room to grieve, care for the girls and continue to rebuild their routines without the constant worry about financial stress.

As you may know Cheree and Troy never ask for anything. Throughout the last 5 years of Cheree's illness they have soldiered on and just focussed on getting through each day.
