Like you, we, the Keough children, are shocked by the sudden loss of our beloved mother, Mary Ann Keough (McGlone). While we no doubt recognize the grief that everyone, everywhere, feels with the loss of a loved one, and the uncertainty that follows, our particular loss is occurring at a precarious time as it relates to Mary Ann's second set of children (Alyssa, Edwin, Cassidy, and Brigid). You may not know it, but Mary Ann and her late husband, Thomas "Hyme," gave the herculean sacrifice of their "golden years" to raise four of their grandchildren. We're ecstatic to report that Alyssa made it successfully into adulthood and is currently working while attending college. We're very proud of her. However, both Mary Ann and Hyme passed before being able to see their triplets (Edwin, Cassidy, and Brigid) graduate high school and launch into adulthood, which was their ultimate goal. Aside from the emotional void left by the loss of their rock, the triplets still need to get through high school and onto their futures, which comes with financial, and other, burdens. We rally around our own, and the triplets will be supported by their loving uncles and aunts to accomplish our parents' goals. But the reality is that the costs will extend beyond what immediate family members can currently provide to ensure the triplets are sufficiently supported while they work towards their emancipation. With that said, instead of flowers, we're asking that you consider donating to this general fund that is for the exclusive support of the triplets. Thanks for your support and generous assistance.
