Support for the Saez-Camara Children

Hi everyone,

As some of you know, Maria’s mom, Inma recently passed away unexpectedly. We were able to give her a beautiful funeral and celebrate her life, but there are still so many things left to take care of. Between final expenses and everything that still needs to be done, the costs have been overwhelming.

On top of that, Maria, her brother, his fiancée, and I have all had to step away from work to be here for the family during this time. While we don’t regret being here for a second, it also means bills and everyday expenses are starting to build up while we focus on being together and taking care of what needs to be done.

This GoFundMe is something we never imagined needing, but we’re asking for help to ease the financial stress so we can continue to focus on healing and supporting each other. Any amount, no matter how small, would mean so much to us. Even just sharing this page or keeping us in your thoughts and prayers makes a difference.

Maria’s mom was such a loving and selfless person who always put family first. We want to honor her by doing the same, and we’re so grateful for any kindness you’re able to give during this time.

Como algunos sabéis, la mamá de María, Inma, falleció recientemente de manera inesperada. Pudimos despedirla con un funeral muy bonito y celebrar su vida, pero aún quedan muchas cosas por resolver. Entre los gastos finales y todo lo que todavía hay que organizar, la carga económica está siendo muy difícil de llevar.

Además, María, su hermano, su prometida y yo hemos tenido que dejar de trabajar estos días para poder estar con la familia. Aunque no nos arrepentimos en absoluto de haber estado aquí, esto también significa que las facturas y los gastos diarios se van acumulando mientras intentamos centrarnos en lo más importante: apoyarnos mutuamente y seguir adelante.

Nunca pensamos que tendríamos que recurrir a una campaña como esta, pero lo hacemos con la esperanza de aliviar un poco la presión económica y poder centrarnos en sanar y en acompañarnos. Cualquier ayuda, por pequeña que sea, significa muchísimo para nosotros. Incluso compartir esta página o tenernos en vuestros pensamientos y oraciones marca la diferencia.

La mamá de María fue una persona tremendamente generosa y cariñosa, que siempre ponía a la familia en primer lugar. Queremos honrarla siguiendo su ejemplo, y estamos profundamente agradecidos por cualquier muestra de apoyo en este momento tan duro.
