Support for the Ruiz family after the fire

Hi everyone -

Our home was one of the ones affected by the fire on May 10. We lost everything and honestly, we're still processing it all. We weren’t home and we first heard about the fire from one of our neighbors/friend who called us, and since then, so many of you have reached out and offered help in way big and small.

Our home was located in Silicon Valley Village in North San Jose. My parents, our two dogs, and I lived there, and while the fire on May 10 destroyed our home, we’re incredibly grateful that we’re safe.
