Hello everyone, my name is Jaclyn Taylor and I am making this on behalf of a beautiful friend of mine and her family.

On Monday 3/9 at around 10:30PM, the Pytlowany family experienced a devastating house fire in their Hazlet, NJ home that they just moved into in April of 2025. Thankfully, they were all able to get out unharmed, along with their dog, but so much has been lost to the fire and the damage that accompanies it.

Natalie and her husband Nick have two young sons, and a baby girl who is expected to be here within the next week or two. The home has been inspected and deemed unlivable, having to be completely gutted. This leaves them without their home for at least the next 4-6 months.

While I have only known this family for a few months, I have learned that they are extremely humble people and do not ask for help from anybody. Being a Hazlet resident most of my life (21 years), one thing I have loved about this town is how much we rally for the people in our community when they are in need.
