The Martindale family came home from a Christmas trip visiting family to discover a pipe had burst in their rental home. The ceiling collapsed into their bedroom, their eldest daughter Emily’s bedroom, part of the kitchen, and their entryway. Mold developed rather quickly and the house is unlivable for them and their 3 little girls.
