My dear friends Art and Amy Leath lost everything to a house fire yesterday (June 29). They were not home when it started. Some amazing neighbors acted fast to get one of their dogs out and call 911. The fire crew arrived within minutes and were able to rescue their second dog who has minor injuries from the fire. Their pet snake did not survive. They were able to get the fire out before it spread to any other homes/structures but Art and Amy’s house is absolutely gutted from the fire. It’s a total loss. They are left without clothing, hygiene products, and every belonging they own. They are a family of 6. They have a 15 year old daughter, 14 year old son, 4 year old son, and 2 year old (almost 3) son.
