Hi everyone, as you may or may not know, my cousin and his wife hired a contractor to take some trees down and he dropped a tree on their house. The worst part? He lied about his insurance. With my help, Amanda’s brother, my Dad, and Jason, they have rebuilt the interior of the house.
They are in a legal battle with a bench trial scheduled in April and I am hoping to help them with their legal fees. They have spent over $20,000 out of pocket to fix the house and pay for their legal fees with another $21,000 on the horizon for the trial.
We want to help them get through this and help with their legal fees and pay off some of the debt they have incurred, any little bit helps. They only want to pay what they need to, so if more money is given than needed, anything that goes above what they need will be donated to the Iowa Children’s Hospital following the trial.
