On Wednesday, March 18, 2026, Megan Fouch, the loving wife of Missouri State Highway Patrol Lieutenant David Fouch, was tragically taken from her family in a fatal head-on collision in Audrain County, Missouri. David and Megan’s oldest daughter was also in the vehicle and sustained serious injuries, and is currently stable. This unimaginable tragedy has left David and his four young children facing a future without their beloved wife and mother.
