On June 15th, we said goodbye to Tony Norman — a father, friend, and one-of-a-kind spirit who brought joy wherever he went. His sudden passing has left a deep hole in the lives of everyone who knew and loved him.

Tony leaves behind his wife, Jill, and their two young children, Tate and Vaida, who are now facing the unimaginable.

In the midst of this heartbreak, Jill is navigating an overwhelming number of responsibilities — all while trying to be present and emotionally available for their children. As a freelancer, Jill does not have access to paid time off or employer-supported leave. Taking the time she needs to care for Tate and Vaida and manage the many details that come with such a profound loss means stepping away from work — and from income.
