On Saturday night, January 24th of 2026 my family and I were sitting in the living room playing a card game together. Within minutes our living room ceiling started to rapidly leak, and then suddenly collapsed, spilling out boiling hot water and ruining majority of our items from the living room and some items in my husbands and I’s room, and our 7 year old daughters room. There is no open units from the company we rent from- so no place to go. And their insurance company has not answered our calls or returned our voicemails as of right now. All of their reviews on their website are terrible. Leaving us wondering if we are going to be paid what we are owed for our belongings. Let alone a place to live, food to eat, and other basic necessities. If you are able to help us, it would be extremely appreciated.
