My dad was an amazing friend, brother, husband, Dad and leader. He has touched so many people around him.  At every base he was stationed at he had helped the lives the many. Jaime was feeling sick a couple days ago with a stomach bug or virus. But was feeling much better the morning of June 5th. My stepmom talked to him throughout the day and he said he was still working but taking rests in between. Unfortunately, when my stepmom came home that night, she found my father unresponsive in their home. The next morning, we found out he had passed away suddenly from a pulmonary embolism. He left behind his beautiful 4 girls ( Julianna 21, Madelyn 20, Emma 18 and Elena 12), and his amazing wife, Maria Lewis.  I am raising money to help my family with this heartbreaking transition we are going through. Julianna who recently got married, Madelyn works for the National Guard in Denver, Emma who is supposed to be starting college this year, and elena who is starting 7th grade next year. We also recently found out our stepmom has breast cancer. Since hearing of his passing, I have heard so many messages from fellow Air Force coworkers, family, and friends, whose lives where all impacted by Jaime. It truly is amazing to see how many people where touched by my father.  I thank everyone for all your support, messages and food. Your support so far has greatly touched his daughters and especially his wife during this hard time, and I want to thank everyone.
