Support for Slegers Family

 

My name is Sabrina Di Tomasso; I am organizing this fundraiser for my boyfriend Jacob's family, whose father unexpectedly passed. This fundraiser is to help the family of beloved husband and father, Ronald Slegers, 59, who passed suddenly in his sleep on the morning of Wednesday, March 9th, 2022, leaving behind his wife, Kathy Jankowski and three children, Joshua, 25, Jacob, 20 and Sophia, 18. All proceeds will go directly to the family to help pay for debts and expenses, as Ronald was the primary provider for the family.

 

Ronald was an AZ driver operating his company, Slegers & Sons Inc. He had just purchased a brand new transport truck (pictured above) this year for the company for his son Joshua to drive. The company is now down to one driver, and the family was counting on running both trucks to pay for business expenses. Donations will help keep the business running and find another driver. Ronald was also sending his other son Jacob to school for his trucking license in 2 weeks, which donations will also help pay for. Additionally, Ronald was helping pay Joshua and Sophia's student debt, which any donations will help with.

 

Funds raised through this GoFundMe will allow the family of Ronald Slegers to carry on his business to honour him as he would have wanted. The family has decided not to host a funeral as they believe he would not have wanted one. Support can therefore be shown through this fundraiser. The family will greatly appreciate any help to alleviate the stress of this situation.
