Single mom and my special needs child, in desperate need for help with living expenses and legal expenses.

I hope this is only a temporary situation, but there are a lot of uncertainties right now. I recently lost my job due to an unexpected sharp decline in my kid's health condition. I can't work now because my kid needs 24/7 care now. I have used up all of the little savings I had and every credit limit.

The child support I currently receive is minimal because it was based on my previous income when I did work, and now I'm fighting the other party to get an increase in child support. I can't afford an attorney to match the advantages the other party has with his hired attorneys. Also I can't afford childcare if I do have to go to court. I can't even work part-time because the other party can't take any custody to allow me time go to work
