Hello everyone, my name is Autumn Putnam and I am Shane’s sister-in-law. I am fundraising for Shane’s four young children left behind, my nieces and nephews.

Shane unexpected lost his life on Tuesday, August 17th, to congestive heart failure at the young age of 35. He leaves behind his 2 daughters Kaley Lynn 10 and Mikayla Lilly 7 years old. As well as, his two sons, Jullian Andrew 11 and Blake Dylan 4. Shane was a hardworking father, whom would do everything he can for his four wonderful children. He was the best father to his kids and loved them with everything he had! His admiration for his babies showed through everything he did.

With these funds, I hope to lighten the burden for his 4 children.

These funds will be split between them and used for moments in life that I know their dad would have wanted to contribute to, like community sports, school and the children’s future needs. Bank accounts have been set up for all four children and these funds will go directly to them.
