Sebastian Martinez attended TVCDC and turned three years old this month. He was a bright light, truly the happiest and very sweetest little guy. Sebastian passed away over the weekend. We love our people a lot, and when tragedy strikes, many respond to aid and offer to help carry heavy loads. His family needs us.
