<div><strong>Sebastian Martinez attended TVCDC and turned three years old this month.</strong> He was a bright light, truly the happiest and very sweetest little guy. <strong>Sebastian passed away over the weekend.</strong> We love our people a lot, and when tragedy strikes, many respond to aid and offer to help carry heavy loads. His family needs us.
