Support for Schrams

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Aaron Vanselow, brother of Traci Schram.

I am creating this gofundme to help my sister Traci and her 2 children, Tegan (14) and Taryn (11).

While going to the store on July 8, 2022, my sister Traci and her husband Travis Schram were in a motorcycle accident on I-45.

Travis took the brunt of the accident and did everything he could to shield Traci and save her life when the accident happened.

Travis and Traci were rushed to Froedert and admitted to the ICU. Although the first responders and medical staff did everything in their power to save him, we were greatly saddened to learn that Travis never regained consciousness and passed on July 9th due to the severity of his injuries.

Even though Travis shielded Traci from the worst, Traci sustained numerous severe injuries, including 9 broken and shattered ribs, a broken scapula, a broken clavicle, and a punctured lung. Traci has already undergone several procedures and surgery on July 11 and is currently in the ICU on a ventilator.

As we were assisting Tegan and Taryn, we learned that prior to this accident they were suffering from severe financial hardships. Recently, Traci lost her job, and we discovered that they are now left without any functioning vehicles.

Traci and her children have an incredibly long road to recovery, both physically and emotionally. To ease the burden, we are hoping to help Traci, Tegan, and Taryn get back on their feet by assisting with any medical bills, funeral expenses, childcare expenses, rehabilitation expenses, and vehicle repair expenses that may come as a result of this tragedy.

All funds gathered will go toward supporting Traci and the kids.
