Our family is devastated by the sudden loss of our beloved Jacob, who was taken from us tragically at the age of 13. Jacob, known affectionately as Jake, brought immense joy and love into our lives. He was a sweet and caring kid, and above all, a remarkable son to his mom, Sam.
