Hi, my name is Abby and I’m fundraising to help my very special friends.

After a looong and complicated but amazing journey to actually arrive, Adam Jeffrey was born with a poorly heart.

Since he was born a month ago (Thankyou Dawn!) Sam and James have relocated to London as he is receiving treatment at GOSH.

Lots of you will know about not only the baby journey they have been on but also Sam’s most spectacular and inspiring health journey.

There is no question that life needs to be in London at the moment but with lots of ups and downs (and round and rounds) over the last few weeks, life in hospital and the big smoke are taking their toll on our lovely countryside folk. It’s looking like the journey is likely to be long and I know that a few extra pennies to help with the cost of London living would benefit them…

I think she may not be pleased with me for setting this up but I know some of you out there will get where I’m coming from so with a lack of anything else I can think of to do to support them, thought I’d try this.
