On Sunday, December 28th, Roland Purdy passed away and went to be with Jesus. Roland was an incredible Husband, Dad, and Papa. He will be truly missed by everyone who knew him. He had a great sense of humor and a strong love for his family. Despite all of the medical challenges he faced the past couple of years, he made it a top priority to be at all of the family events that he possibly could.

It is with heavy hearts to share his passing, but brings peace knowing that he will no longer suffer. He experienced many medical challenges that put him in the hospital frequently this past year. In November, he was admitted to the hospital again for a week, then immediately after, admitted to a care facility for 4 weeks. He came home for a few days but was quickly advised to be brought back to the hospital. On Christmas Day, he put on hospice care and 3 days later, passed away in the comfort of his home.
