Hello, my name is Pinky, and I’m the sister of Roland Nulada — a kind, hardworking, and compassionate man who now needs our help.

Roland is a dedicated healthcare worker, a loving husband to Carlyn, and the proud father of three children: Mico, a second-year university student; Krisha, a Grade 10 student; and Kyle, a sweet 7-year-old boy. As the major provider for his family, Roland has always worked hard to ensure they are cared for. He’s the type of person who never hesitates to help others — whether it’s patients at work, neighbors in need, or friends going through tough times.

On April 26, 2025, Roland took his family to the LapuLapu cultural event, hoping to share with his children the beauty of their Filipino heritage. What began as a joyful celebration turned into tragedy when Roland was struck by a vehicle while waiting in line at a food truck. He suffered serious injuries, including broken leg, broken arm, internal bleeding, and is currently undergoing extensive testing and treatment.

Because of this accident, Roland is unable to work for a few months, and the financial strain on their family is overwhelming. This fundraiser is to help cover medical costs, household bills, and everyday living expenses while he recovers. All donations will go directly to his wife Carlyn, who is now carrying the emotional and financial weight of this crisis.
