I have known my neighbor Richard for over 20 years. He lives with his wife, son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter, and their beloved dog Piper. Richard spent many, many years building his house himself, with help from his family. It was truly a one-of-a-kind home, filled with memories and love.

In October 2025, Richard was diagnosed with a brain tumor. As if that wasn’t enough, their family recently experienced a devastating house fire that destroyed the home Richard worked so hard to build. The loss has been overwhelming for everyone, and they are now facing the challenge of rebuilding their lives while also managing Richard’s medical needs.

The funds raised will go directly toward helping Richard and his family with medical expenses, clothing, and anything else they need during this incredibly difficult time.
