My name is Anthony Deloach, and I believe transparency is the foundation of everything I do. As an ex-felon who spent 40 years incarcerated, I know firsthand how hard it is to re-enter society with nothing but a peanut butter sandwich and a bus ticket. When I was released, I was accepted into a halfway house in Tampa, Florida, and managed to get a job. But I quickly realized that finding work was just the beginning—understanding relationships, being an adult, and navigating life outside prison were challenges I wasn’t prepared for.
I have nothing to hide, and I welcome anyone who wants to sit down with me and talk about this cause. My goal is to establish a halfway house and support program—not just for ex-felons, but for anyone who needs a helping hand to get back on their feet. I’m starting from ground zero, seeking a place to reside, even if it means beginning with tents and building from there. The immediate need is for shelter, basic necessities, and eventually a vehicle to help people get to jobs and appointments. I’m not a professional, but I know right from wrong, and I’m committed to making a difference.
I’m asking for support from people who truly want to help—whether that’s through donations, advice, or hands-on involvement. I have a job and will contribute what I can, but I need a community of people who care about making a real impact. Your involvement, in any form, will help create a transparent, supportive environment for those who need it most. Thank you for considering being part of this journey.
