Support for Rankin Family after Hurricane Helene

My name is Angela, Sara and Tim’s neighbors in Shore Acres. Just like so many families in Florida and throughout the east coast, Hurricane Helene has brought devastation to this amazing family. Sara and Tim are two of the most incredible humans you will ever meet and to know them is to love them. When they bought in Shore Acres neighborhood in 2020, they moved for the safety and stayed for the community.

Despite having fought many uphill battles against Mother Nature and the continued heartbreak, they fought to keep their house a home for their two boys. They were able to rebuild after Eta, Idalia & the Unnamed December Storm.

Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene decimated their home. They are displaced, paying two mortgages, the cost of demo, repairs, down payments, and trying to continue to keep life as normal as possible for their two young boys, Brayden and Cameron.

Even while enduring this loss, Sara & Tim have come over to help us with our house, and without a second thought, they ask what WE need. They are selfless, curious, invested in others, hard working, and share their love with all that know them.

Many have asked how to help and with limited space for supplies, a Go Fund Me was the best option to help in every way. The funds will be used towards demo and clean up, and the unforeseen expenses that will surely arise as they navigate these next few months.
