Help my Aunt Rachel Recover from a Stroke

Hey everyone,

My name is Kei Bacay, and I’m reaching out for some help for my aunt, Rachel Abille. She’s been living with us here in Edmonton, AB, Canada, and has been supporting her family back in the Philippines while waiting for her work permit to come through. Unfortunately, on August 5th, 2024, she had a stroke and has been in the ICU since then. She’s still unconscious.

To make things tougher, her travel insurance expired on August 9th, 2024, and she didn’t have a chance to renew it because of this, so now we’re stuck with some pretty big medical bills. This whole situation has been really overwhelming for our family.

We don’t have a specific goal amount—anything you can give would be greatly appreciated to help cover her medical expenses and keep things afloat for her and her family.
