On March 22, 2026, a devastating house fire changed everything for Jonathan and Ingrid Polanco and their four children. The family behind Ingrid’s Chicharrones in Central Valley, New York known and loved by so many throughout Orange County lost their home and everything in it due to an electrical fire. While we are incredibly grateful that Ingrid and her children made it out safely, the family suffered an unimaginable loss with the passing of their beloved grandmother. This tragedy has left them not only without a home, but also grieving the loss of a cherished family member.

In a matter of moments, they lost a lifetime of memories, belongings, and the place they called home. Jonathan and Ingrid have always been a strong part of our community, serving others, bringing people together through their food, and showing kindness to everyone who walks through their doors. Now, they need our help. Donations will help the family begin to rebuild their lives covering immediate needs such as housing, clothing, food, and essential expenses, as well as supporting them in the long road ahead.
