As many of you know, our good friend Pieter was in a serious accident recently, requiring major surgery and a long road of physical therapy and recovery ahead.

He, his wife Michelle, and their 3 kids are now starting the process of healing. However, as Pieter is a self-employed arborist, his recovery will require significant time and patience before he can even think about returning to the intense physical demands of his job.

For those visiting this page who may not know Pieter personally: He is a dedicated father, husband, and a hardworking member of our local community who is usually the first one to offer a hand to a neighbor. This is our chance to return the favor when he needs it most.

We set up this fund to give friends, family, and the community a way to support Pieter, Michelle, and the kids directly. The goal is simply to provide a cushion so they can focus 100% of their energy on recovery and health without the distractions of everyday life.
