It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Patrick Treadway—a devoted father, husband, friend, and a cherished member of the Works Real Estate family. Patrick’s bright spirit and calm presence left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

In an effort to honor Patrick and specifically care for those he loved most, all of the donations gifted here will go directly to his wife, Marie, and their five children to help provide care, stability, and the space they need to heal during this incredibly difficult time.
