Support for Parents Mourning Their 4-Year-Old Daughter

Hello everyone,

I am writing on behalf of my son and their little family.

Our family is facing a heartbreaking tragedy.

Recently, my son and the mother of his children experienced the sudden and unimaginable loss of their 4-year-old daughter on April 27th, 2025. She passed away just hours after arriving at the hospital, a moment that no one expected and one no parent should ever have to live through.

What began as a routine day became a nightmare they we are now learning to survive with.

The speed and shock of her passing have left everyone reeling.

There are no words to capture the depth of grief this has caused.

A child so full of life was gone in an instant, and their world has been changed forever.

As they mourn the loss of their daughter, they are doing their best to stay strong for their 2.5-year-old son, a little boy too young to understand what has happened, but who still needs all the love and security they can give.

Understandably, neither parent is currently able to work (and unfortunately not long after Francis lost his job due to the situation with the Tariffs)

The emotional devastation has made it impossible to return to any sense of normal life. As they focus on mourning, healing, and supporting their young son, they are also facing the weight of financial stress.

We are asking for your support to help them with:

Basic living expenses (rent, food, bills)

Time and space to grieve without financial pressure

Ongoing emotional and mental health support
