I am raising funds in honor of my brother, a man whose strength, courage, and love carried our family through every hardship. His story deserves to be told, because it is the story of someone who spent his entire life fighting for a chance to live with dignity and to support the people he loved.

My brother is Salvadorean, born into circumstances no child should ever have to endure. He grew up surrounded by violence and instability, and he was abandoned by our mother at a very young age. With no guidance and no support, he had to learn to survive on his own. Every challenge shaped him into someone incredibly resilient, compassionate, and determined to build a better future.

At just 12 years old, he came to the United States seeking safety and the opportunity to escape the dangers that surrounded him in El Salvador. He eventually received permission to work here, and he devoted himself to living an honest, hardworking life. Despite arriving alone in a new country and having no real childhood, he grew into a responsible, loving, and committed man.

As an adult, he became the backbone of his own family—the head of a household with three children who adore him and a wife he worked tirelessly to support. He was their only financial provider and the emotional foundation of their home. Everything he did was for them. He dedicated his life to giving his family the stability and love he himself was denied while growing up.

Recently, our family has been devastated by a situation involving immigration authorities that has taken him away from us. His wife and children are heartbroken, and our entire family is living in fear and uncertainty. What we want more than anything is the chance to bring him home—to see him again, to stand by him, and to show him that he is not alone.

This fundraiser is to help us raise the funds needed for his immigration bond and attorney fees. This is our only opportunity to reunite with him, even if temporarily, while his case continues. We are fighting for one more moment together as a family—for his children to hold him again, for his wife to feel his presence, and for all of us to give him the support and love he desperately needs.

Any contribution, no matter the size, will bring us one step closer to seeing him again and will help our family navigate one of the most painful chapters of our lives.
