I am a mom/grandmother that loves my family with all of my heart, If there is tough times I try to help, whether it's giving my time, or opening my home, I have never turned anyone away if they needed help, I don't have the means to financially help anyone but if I have a few dollars I will send it even if it's my last 10.00.

I am currently witnessing my family go through a very tough time, my son is having to fight the hardest thing he has ever been through.

he is fighting a legal battle that is putting him and all of our family through a hurtful legal battle that he literally cannot fight. his intentions were to handle it all on his own continuing to work and pay his own legal fees. bond was changed and he was arrested he has no way to be able to afford to get himself out. he has legal fees that will continue aside from needing help to maintain paying his few bills

we are afraid and know we will not be able to maintain payments on our own and maintain our own living expenses. I have debated posting a go fund me page to try to help him due to the court of public opinion already judging him guilty when he has not had a chance to prove himself innocent.

I trust that in this world we are living in that there are still big hearted people that are out there that do not judge and condemn but believe that people deserve a fair chance to be able to defend themselves, if anyone wants to help him/us get through these tough times. even if just a couple of dollars or just praying for us. if you're able and feel it within your heart to help we greatly appreciate it. thank you in advance if you're able to help.

I know this goal is unrealistic but I am shooting for what we have to have, I know it's not likely to get there. i would love to think that more people would even spare 5.00. we are discouraged but not ready to throw in the towel, there are cost that are out of our reach unless he can be home and try to earn but who knows if that is even going to be possible now. I would not ask if we were able to do it on our own
