In November 2024, our dad received a lymphoma cancer diagnosis. Thankfully, it was initially manageable, but in the last few months, complications arose that led to multiple medical procedures and the start of chemotherapy. Since then, he is unable to work until he has gone through the treatment and recovery process.

We’re starting this GoFundMe to help our parents cover essential living expenses, including groceries, utilities, and home care costs for our elderly grandma and aunt (recently diagnosed with breast cancer) and uncle that have special needs in Ecuador. Any support, no matter the amount, would mean so much to us.

Our dad has faithfully served as a pastor for over 30 years, pouring into the lives of so many with love, wisdom, and unwavering faith. We are praying and believing that he will come out of this with a powerful testimony of healing, and that he’ll soon be back doing what he loves most: spreading the gospel.

En noviembre de 2024, a nuestro papá le diagnosticaron cáncer tipo linfoma. Afortunadamente, al principio fue manejable, pero en los últimos meses surgieron complicaciones que lo llevaron a someterse a varios procedimientos médicos y al inicio de la quimioterapia. Desde entonces, no ha podido trabajar mientras atraviesa el proceso de tratamiento y recuperación.

Estamos iniciando esta campaña de GoFundMe para ayudar a nuestros padres a cubrir gastos esenciales del día a día, como alimentos, servicios públicos y el cuidado en casa de nuestra abuelita y tía (recientemente diagnosticada con cáncer de mama) y nuestro tío, quienes tienen necesidades especiales en Ecuador.

Cualquier apoyo, sin importar la cantidad, significaría muchísimo para nosotros.

Nuestro papá ha servido fielmente como pastor por más de 30 años, entregándose con amor, sabiduría y fe inquebrantable a las vidas de muchas personas. Estamos orando y creyendo que saldrá de esta prueba con un poderoso testimonio de sanación, y que pronto podrá volver a hacer lo que más ama: compartir el evangelio.
