Hi, my name is Jessica. I am asking for support during a time that has been emotionally and financially overwhelming.

I am currently involved in an ongoing child custody case with my ex-husband, and the legal fees required to continue advocating for my child’s best interests have become more than I can manage alone.

This case is not about conflict or retaliation. It is about protecting my child’s stability, well-being, and future, and ensuring that decisions affecting her life are handled responsibly through the court system. Unfortunately, the process has become increasingly complex and adversarial, requiring continued legal representation.

As a single mother, I am solely responsible for my child’s day-to-day care, household expenses, and medical needs. While I am doing everything I can to stay afloat, the added and ongoing cost of attorney fees, court filings, and other legal expenses has created a financial strain I simply cannot absorb on my own.

The funds raised through this campaign will be used strictly for legal expenses related to my custody case, including attorney fees and required court costs. Asking for help does not come easily, but I am doing so because my child’s well-being is worth fighting for.
