My name is Summer and I am the Aunt of Nicolas Florio. This kind hearted 17 year old boy was involved in an accident that has changed our lives forever.

Nicolas is the most kind hearted, funny, generous, and compassionate kid anyone has ever known. If you’re blessed to know Nicolas or just cross paths with him, (because he talks to everyone), you instantly love him. He would randomly go and visit any family member or any friend, near or far just because he wanted to. (We all know that’s hard to come by in a 17 year old now a days) but his heart is as big as can be.

Nicolas is set to graduate High School this year and aspires to become a Marine.

On December 19, 2025, Nicolas was hospitalized and our lives have been shaken with unknowns. Most of Nico’s family had to drop everything and leave their homes, families, and pets, to get to the hospital and stay with Nico. Most family members have been sleeping at the hospital or rentals/hotels in the area to stay close by for any updates or changes. As you can guess, this incident has caused unexpected expenses and stressors.

This go fund me account is not to ask for money for medical needs because we are blessed to have a huge wonderful family with so many different backgrounds to include military to assist with that. This is to offer friends, family, and even strangers, to help these wonderful families with places to stay, hot meals, clothing, and toiletries, so they can stay with Nico and comfort each other during this difficult time.
