Yesterday, the unthinkable happened. The Eaton Canyon fire in Pasadena tore through my brothers' homes, leaving Nick, Chris, and their families with nothing but the clothes on their backs. While we are beyond grateful that everyone is safe, they now face the daunting task of rebuilding their lives from scratch.
Nick and Chris are incredible men, devoted husbands, and loving fathers. Together with their amazing wives, Astrid and Shermaine, they've built beautiful families and cherished homes. Between them, they have four young kids who've had their sense of security turned upside down overnight.
This tragedy has left them without homes, belongings, and many irreplaceable memories. As they navigate this overwhelming loss, I'm reaching out to our community for support.
We've set a goal of raising $100,000 to help both families cover immediate needs—clothing, food, temporary housing, and essentials for the kids—and to begin the long road toward recovery and rebuilding.
Every donation, no matter the size, will make a difference in helping Nick, Chris, Astrid, Shermaine, and their children find stability again.
If you can't contribute financially, sharing this fundraiser with your friends and networks would mean the world to us.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.
With gratitude,
Bret
