Support for Negasi

Please assist Negasi as he travels back to NYC from his home in Costa Rica to appear in court on April 17th and claim Succession Rights to his mother’s apartment, who suddenly passed away in July 2021.

There have been unresolved issues with his mother’s belongings that he urgently needs to attend to before he loses everything. As the only child, with no living parent or family, he must be there to represent himself to avoid the even higher cost of hiring a lawyer. We made arrangements with a pro bono lawyer, who is now unable to help due to health issues.

These funds will cover his plane ticket, an older refurbished iPhone, a bike, and food expenses for two months while he navigates the court case and her apartment. This will allow him to focus on the court case & also pick up work to support his partner and three children.
