My Ukrainian friend Svetlana Kolesnyk made a hard decision to leave the country and take her two daughters and three other kids to safety. With the incredible support of extraordinary leaders in Equinix Finance, her accounting skills were matched with a role in the department. This job will allow her to support herself and the kids abroad while her husband and brother stay in Ukraine to defend the city where we grew up. Svetlana and her family are now on the way to Amsterdam, NL.
