My brother-in-law has been married to my sister for 30 years, and together they have built a loving family. Recently, our family was shocked to learn that he needs open heart surgery—a quadruple bypass. This news came unexpectedly, and the financial burden of medical bills and living expenses during his recovery has been overwhelming. He will be out of work for 2-4 months, leaving my sister to shoulder the responsibility of caring for their children and managing household costs on her own.

The funds raised will go directly toward covering medical expenses, daily living costs, and the travel required for checkups in Houston. My sister and brother in law have always been the second set of parents to all of our family, they give to others without a second thought and show up whenever anyone needs help. It breaks my heart to see my sister and my brother-in-law facing such a difficult and scary time, but we are holding onto hope and faith and know God is on our side.
