We are reaching out for help during an incredibly difficult time. Chris Turner, a beloved father and son is facing serious medical challenges as his health has taken a sudden and unexpected turn. The doctors have determined that his condition is not improving. He is being moved into hospice care this week to ensure he’s as comfortable as possible during this time. If his condition does not take a miraculous turn, he will be leaving behind my nephew, Bentley (who is my sister’s son), as well as Chris’ mother, who is currently battling cancer.

The fundraiser will be focused on covering immediate medical costs, future funeral expenses and ensuring that his son Bentley and Chris’ mother have the support they need during this heartbreaking time.

Chris has been awaiting approval for disability and medical treatments, but his condition worsened before he could receive the support he needed. Unfortunately, he does not have medical or life insurance, leaving his family to face overwhelming and unexpected financial strain.

I am not someone who easily asks for help, but my sister does not have social media and Bentley is just 7 years old and now faces the potential loss of his father. Given the situation, we both wanted to do something to help support Chris & his family, and help lighten the load in some way. Your contributions, no matter the size, will make an incredible difference in helping them through this incredibly sad time.
