Support for Morocco

On Friday, September 8th, at 23:11 local time, a powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 6.8 struck central Morocco, resulting in a tragic loss of more than 2,000 lives and causing extensive damage in various regions.

A destination close to our hearts, we at World Challenge have been sending trips to Morocco for 30 years, and have an established network of ground partners in the destination, without whom many of these life-changing experiences could never have been delivered. Please join us in raising funds to support the relief efforts. The funds will be transferred to Sonia Omar, CEO at Education for All (EFA) Morocco, who are closely associated with our Ground Team, working to increase educational opportunities for girls in remote regions. The team at EFA will be using the funds to repair educational facilities damaged by the earthquake by purchasing materials and labour.
