Hey everyone! I have created this GoFundMe for my mom's medical expenses with a dash of our living expenses thrown in. For starters, my mom needs surgery for spinal stenosis that will cost roughly $5,800 not covered by insurance. I am unable to help since my own finances have been drained (as most of you know) for months on end. We had a full price offer on my mom's house in FL back in Aug/Sept, but it fell through when one of the buyers lost their job. The house is now back on the market, and I have spent the last 2 months going back and forth to clean, organize, and remove everything possible to prepare for the sale. It was exhausting, but there is no way we could pay someone to do all of that at this time.

Last, her move to GA, health issues, and me having to spend so much time away from home, have all contributed to us being in a negative cash flow situation. This is the last, and I mean LAST resort, to try to stay intact while the house sells. I am personally in danger of missing mortgage payments now, and my mom desperately needs to get this spinal surgery so she can get her life back. I have tried every single way to pull money out of each of our houses, and nothing has worked. My DTI is so far out of whack and my mom is on a fixed income, and we simply cannot refinance, pull cash, or qualify for a HELOC or any other type of loan. Trust me, I have aggressively approached any and all options, even high interest borderline loan shark loans, and nothing is working. Several of you have already helped us, and I cannot thank you enough.

Once her house sells, we will be OK. This is the only other option we have at the moment, as much as we both hate it, it's all we can do. So thank you in advance if you can help.
