Our hearts are heavy with the sudden loss of Michele Madrigal. On September 16th, the physical world lost a badass mom, caring sister, loving daughter, fearless friend, supportive colleague, a fierce breakthrough coach, and an overall incredible soul.
In 2011, Michele was diagnosed with Stage 2b Triple Negative Breast Cancer, a fight that changed her life in so many ways. With her husband unexpectedly passing, Michele became a widow/single-mom/breast cancer patient all at once. She made a decision to not only survive but also to thrive.
Through the inspiration of her own journey, Michele enrolled in the Ford Institute's Breakthrough Shadow Coaches Training and went on to learn further with The Empowerment Partnership, becoming certified in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), Hypnotherapy, Mental and Emotional Release® therapy, and most recently, the ancient Hawaiian system of healing and spiritual development using energy called Huna. All this training helped her to move powerfully forward in her own life and step into the role of helping others to do the same.
As an enrollment and coaching program advisor with The Empowerment Partnership and an independent Integrative Breakthrough Coach, Michele connected daily with students to help them discover their "why" and how to move powerfully forward on their own life journey.
Michele's colleagues at The Empowerment Partnership - more so like ohana (family) - set up this fund to help support her two young sons as they navigate this world without their mother. Your monetary kindness, loving energy, and thoughts for her boys and family are all appreciated. 100% of what is raised through this page will go directly to support Michele's boys.
Michele's vibrant personality touched so many of us, and she will continue to be with us in spirit, forever and always.
