Early morning on October 7th, 2024, our dear friend Kat rushed her husband to the hospital when he was experiencing shortness of breath. Michael collapsed as soon as they arrived due to a cardiac arrest. The doctors did everything they could to resuscitate him. Unfortunately, it took a long time, and they suspect that Michael endured significant brain damage. Michael is currently in the hospital on life support, and Kat and her family are facing some very difficult upcoming decisions that none of us would ever want to make.

Our friend Kat and her children are going through so much uncertainty right now. Michael is a loving and supportive husband and father, and he means the world to them. So, on behalf of our friend, we are reaching out to her family, friends, and community to ask for help. Kat and her two children will need all the support they can get.
