Hi there! Michael Driver here. I have started this GoFundMe page for two of the most important people in my life: my sister Melissa Driver and my niece Marley Travis. My sister unexpectedly just lost her partner of over 20 years, and my niece is now without her father.

While we mourn the loss of Michael Travis and continue to keep each other strong as a family, it often seems like time stands still. But the reality is, life situations continue to move on, and along with that includes figuring out housing cost expectations, funeral expenses, and all the things you still have to worry about in the midst of simply wanting to focus on the grieving of a loved one.

There is a long road ahead, but I wanted to make that road as easy as possible for my family that will be struggling with financial obligations moving forward.

Anything you can do to help would be so greatly appreciated. I know things happen in life that you never plan for, and when they happen, you feel defeated. What I have found, though, is when that happens, friends, family, and community come together to do what they can to help make things better. I know that will happen here, and that means so much to me.
