This past year has been an intense journey for my family. In December 2024, my dad, Matt Castiglione, was diagnosed with rectal cancer, turning life a little upside down. There have been many months of uncertainty, long treatments, and a brutal surgery, but through it all we have seen how good God is—Matt is now 100 percent cancer free. We are deeply grateful for this blessing and the support we’ve received along the way.

Even though the cancer is gone, the recovery process has been long and challenging. Matt has not been able to work, and the financial strain from lost income and ongoing bills has been tough on our family. He has tried different avenues for support, such as applying for disability, but to no avail. My mom has taken on the role of caregiver, supporting Matt through every step of his recovery. This has been especially challenging, as Matt needs help with daily tasks and my mom is doing her best to manage everything on her own. The stress of worrying about bills and making ends meet has added another layer of difficulty to an already tough situation.

Now, as we move forward, we are believing for provision to help us get through this next chapter. Support from this fundraiser will help relieve the pressure and allow our family to focus on healing and rebuilding. Any contribution, big or small, is greatly appreciated.
