A Tribute to Marlene

Many of you may remember Marlene Gibbs, an employee of The Lakelands for nearly 13 years in the role of Membership & Professional Development Coordinator. She answered your phone calls, helped in any way she could, and greeted you warmly at our many Professional Development seminars across our jurisdiction. 

Unfortunately, Marlene had to take a leave of absence from work for medical reasons and she has now entered palliative care. 

Marlene's pride and joy was her beautiful granddaughter, Nevaeh. And she has another granddaughter on the way in January. 

As a tribute to Marlene, we welcome any support for her granddaughter's future education.
