Our Story

"Mama Are You Okay"? Outreach was created from personal experience and a deep understanding of the struggles many mothers face in silence every day. After experiencing difficult seasons personally, I realized how many women carry emotional, financial, and mental burdens without support, resources, or even someone asking if they are okay.

This foundation was created to provide encouragement, outreach, resources, and hope to mothers navigating hardship. Our mission is to remind women that they are not alone and that support still exists even during life’s most difficult moments.
